Montecristo Wide Edmundo

The Montecristo Wide Edmundo is a 4 7/8″ by 54 ring gauge, premium, hand rolled, Cuban cigar.  Released in 2023 it is the fourth cigar in the brand’s portfolio to bear the Edmundo name, following the launch of the original in 2004. However, uniquely among its stablemates, the Wide Edmundo is dressed with a second band bearing its name. The Wide Edmundo is an entirely new vitola (size) within the Habanos portfolio called the Duke No.3.  Perhaps unsurprisingly, that makes it the heaviest ring gauge in the Edmundo range. Notes of dark roasted expresso coffee, chocolate, cream and cedar mix with an earthy spice. These enhance the rich natural tobacco flavours of the Cuban leaf. The cigar is rich, balanced and flavourful with subtle aromatic nuances of leather and floral/fruit. Perfectly balanced and constructed this is a medium strength cigar which will delight the palate
