Pilón refers to the circular fermentation method applied to the Nicaraguan tobaccos, drawing out a deeper, richer character than standard processing. The result is a 7-inch smoke wrapped in a dark, oily Ecuadorian Habano leaf that starts medium and builds through the burn.
